Question 1

Is the Website Preview really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can create a website concept for your business so you can see the direction before deciding whether to purchase. There's no obligation to buy simply because you requested a preview.

Question 2

Do I own the Free Website Preview?

Accepted Answer

Not until you purchase. The preview is a concept showing what JJohnsonWeb can build for your business, and it cannot be commercially used, published, transferred, or claimed as your own before purchase. Website ownership/access, publishing, domain connection, final delivery, and commercial use are provided after purchasing the website.

Question 3

What happens if I like my preview?

Accepted Answer

If you'd like to move forward, website projects start at $750 upfront plus $49/month Website Care. We'll complete the agreed project, make agreed revisions, connect your domain, and prepare the completed website for launch.

Question 4

What if I don't want to buy it?

Accepted Answer

There's no obligation to purchase. The preview remains an unpublished JJohnsonWeb concept and is not transferred for commercial use.

Question 5

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Websites start at $750 upfront plus $49/month Website Care. The upfront price can increase based on the number of pages, functionality, content requirements, integrations, and overall scope and complexity. You'll get a confirmed price before any paid work begins.

Question 6

How long does a website take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. We'll establish an expected timeline before beginning the paid project.

Question 7

Can you redesign my current website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. JJohnsonWeb can rebuild outdated websites with a more modern design, improved mobile experience, and clearer structure.

Question 8

Will my website work on phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every website we build is mobile responsive and designed to work across modern phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Question 9

Can customers contact me through my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can include contact forms and quote-request forms, plus phone/email buttons, social links, and other supported contact options.

Question 10

What does Website Care include?

Accepted Answer

Website Care is $49/month and includes website hosting, SSL/HTTPS, basic platform security protections, website maintenance, keeping the website published and operational, basic troubleshooting, general website support, routine updates, domain management, and reasonable content edits such as text or image changes. New pages, redesigns, advanced integrations, major content changes, and significant new functionality are not included and may be quoted separately.

Question 11

Is Website Care required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Website Care at $49/month is required for every website we build. It's how your website stays hosted, maintained, supported, and online, so it works together with the $750 starting build price rather than being a separate add-on.

Question 12

Will my website show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

We build websites with SEO foundations such as page titles, meta descriptions, proper heading structure, descriptive URLs, image alt text support, internal linking, and mobile-friendly design. These help search engines understand your site, but rankings, traffic, and leads cannot be guaranteed.
